Cannot modify account..

Hi I have registered for Corporate package and want to change it to Advanced but I cannot modify my account, I got a blank page. My account information as follows..

cPanel Name: lhom
Email:
Account Status: Suspended
Package:
Ad Free: Disabled
Created: 12/31/69

In an other thread someone pointed to my creation date which is 69 And my account field is empty although I have set it from my cpanel. I think this wrong creation error may come from that I connected my forum account before my cpanel account completely activated (I mean before I recieve account information for cpanel, the 1 houred period after u activate ur cpanel account from mail then when waiting for cpanel account information). Also my account looks suspended here but my cpanel works perfect i can load my site, also this if because I dont have any adds yet but it been 1 day since i opened the account so still building the site. So waiting for help please..

well you can't upgrade/downgrade your account until it is unsuspended, about the creation date, i've seen this happen a lot lately i don't know what's wrong with the date, but it's not that big of a deal anyway, i think they're looking into that

Well, first you need to get your account unsuspended before you can do anything. And if it was suspended because of lack of ads, then you need to post in the Suspended Accounts section on the forum, state that you were suspended, give your account details ... and you should hear back from an account manager regarding your account.

But it hasnt been 1 week since I opened my account which as I know given time to me to establish a site with ads, its just less than 2 days and I can do operations and load files in cpanel is it normal when suspended?

Your account seems to have a BUG...

I always thought that was a cPanel thing when you got suspended, you got shoved back to 1969... Something important happened then, but i havent the foggiest!
