Mx Record changing?

Hi, I have been pondering chaning my MX Record recently and I realize that the feature is still disabled via cPanel. Is it going to be back up? If so, when? I really need it.

Bump - Bring Up My Post ... Its used ( although shouldn't be done here ) to bring the thread up to the top of the page, so someone sees it.

He doesn't have an answer, it seems. We would need to have Bryon or one of the admin-staff answer here or look into the problem.
