I'm sorry i'm having trouble understanding what you are asking.

If you are referring to your website not working, then this is most likely due to the recent recoding of the backend, which has caused several sub-domains of x10hosting to stop working.

If you are asking why your account has not been created then this is because all of the accounts are on hold at the moment and none are being created as we move to new servers.

If I have not answered your question then please feel free to rephrase your question, or if you speak spanish you can try our spanish support forums.
