    Exclamation PM'ing Staff Members

Please do NOT PM staff members regarding account issues, unless specifically asked to do so by a staff member.

This is because it hinders support for you. A thread can be viewed by all account managers and admins and therefore who-ever is online at the time can help you. PM'ing staff members restricts support to that staff member, who may go offline at any time and thus will lengthen the amount of time needed to help you with your problem.

    In summary:
Please make a thread regarding account issues (INCLUDING suspensions), and refrain from PM'ing staff members.

    Re: PM'ing Staff Members

Just an brief amendment here: If a staff member asks for your email address (such as when you are having modifications to your account done, sometimes our account panel doesn't have your email address saved) it is recommended that you PM them your email address instead of posting it in your topic. I'm sure the rest of the staff will understand that you don't want your private contact information floating around on a publicly-viewable forum .
Seven: This rule is so underrated, keep your family and business completely separated.
