Problem uploading image (GD library problem)

Bah, I had this problem before, then it suddenly went away (think the server fixed them self or something)
Now after the new server change, it won't let me upload images again,

File (HyDrA-Art_zeta1.gif) uploaded!
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreatefromgif() in /home/hydra/public_html/hydraportfolio5/thumb.php on line 3

I think its something to do with the GD library.

The problem is now (I guess) is that it won't let me create a thumbnail which is created using the function imagecreatefromgif().

According to Bryon, GD needs to be recompiled for the new server -- he said he or Corey would do it tonight whenever they get a chance.
