I decided to ask this before i validated throught my email, I know e arent allowed to host or stream copyrighed MP3s, but my main function of my site is to post some sheet music and MP3s that I HAVE WRITTEN. Would this be allowed?

If you hold the copyright of the files, it should be okay. As long as you can prove that you hold the copyright.

When you signup there's a point that says:

You are not allowed to stream music from your site. You may not use proxies.

You can host music files if you hold the copyright, but you can not stream it.
