Login Problem

I just got host by this site but somehow I can not login with my Smart FTP. Everytime it says:

And then it repeat over and over. I had talk to one of the account manager and had my pw changed, which end in same result. Anyone saw the problem?

You should put the following info in SmartFTP:

FTP Adress: 66.232.109.231
Username: YOUR CPANEL USER
Password: YOUR CPANEL PASSWORD
Port: 21

Try this and tell us if it worked.

Make sure that your firewall isn't blocking smartftp port.

You don't use your website address? whatever.blah.com with no www Also i recommend filezilla its much easier to connect than SmartFTP

Check your case! Singard is NOT the same as singard. Try lowercase first :P

If that doesnt help, check your cPanel password is correct... Also try logging into cPanel and then changing your password, it's possible it got corrupted in the system configuration.

It said the screen name is correct and ... I tried to link my cPanel to my account, but the email never arrive to me.

Try resetting your main FTP account's password from the FTP account page in cPanel.

P.s the 2082 behind the host is the port si?
