Installing a blog

I have a small problem. I signed up for the ad enhanced corporate plan. I did some research on some blogs, and found this really nice one called Simple Php Blog. I installed it successfully, but when it came to doing some things, such as creating categories, I get some errors, and the categories are not created. Having no knowledge in php scripting whatsoever, I come here for help.

Is it possible for someone to check out my settings, or the installation itself for any problems I may have faced while installing it? I honestly had no problem installing, but they report several php errors when I try to access some parts of the blog. I thank you much, whoever can help. :cool:

This probably has to do with the software itself and not the server. I would recommend reinstalling it from scratch and taking note of the "errors" that happen because they may be causing the errors that you see now. Also, the Simple PHP blog has its own forum, so I recommend you start there for most effectiveness in your battle against these errors ;).

Also, if this doesn't work out for you, there are plentiful of other blog scripts such as Wordpress that work equally if not even better than the Simple PHP blog. You might want to take that into consideration also.

The 'subdomain' you provided doesn't seem to be related to your problem in any way, as it is a webproxy...

The forum on the simple php blog seems a bit empty. I'll have to hope and pray someone there sees my message and I get an answer.
