Is it common for SMTP to be down on the free server?

I'd like to know because having a working address is kind of crucial for me right now. So to those who've been here a while, is it common for SMTP to be not working on x10's free server??

I just found an issue with exim not restarting properly. It should be fixed now and if it goes down it should only be for a min and any mail will just get queued in delivered.
