Added FTP accounts not working

I try and connect to a FTP account I set up using the control panel but it won't work no matter what client I use. It'll let me in to my root account using FTP but not the one I added.

FTP is down..thats why it is not working

I restarted FTP but you must use the whole address on any additional FTP accounts you create so if I created one with 'corey' my ftp login would be corey@staff.x10hosting.com

yep....used the entire address....it says the username checks out (with some clients)...but the password is invalid usually...and doesn't work at all on SFTP....keeps giving me a 530 Authentication Error...I'm experiencing the problem on other cPanel accounts I have elsewhere...but all my other FTP accounts on non cPanel accounts work just fine

My problem was solved via another cPanel account. So I have it figured out now.
