Unable to Login in cPanel

I am able to login in my account management panel but unable to login in cpanel.

My details as I have copied from the Account management panel is

Account Username:shivk
Primary Domain:http://www.elementfx.com
cPanel URL:http://www.elementfx.com:2082
Hosting Type:Ad-Enhanced
Advertisements:Required - Text Link
Disk-Space Allotment:1000 MB
Bandwidth Allotment:20000 MB
Features:cPanel 10+, MySQL, PHP 5+, CGI, FTP
PHP Version:PHP 5.2.3 - Basic, Default () - (What is this?)



I would also like to know what is my ftp detials.
I think it should be
ftp.x10hosting.com
user name shivk

You will need to pick a different subdomain, www is not allowed to be used. Please let me know what other subdomain you would like.

Well corey, i tried to sign with www and it worked. Anyways if its not possible then no problem.

I would like to have any of the subdomain listed: fun, life, real, time, speak, memory.

Btw hats off to such a prompt service.

We put in a fix so people can not register with the www subdomain anymore .

I changed it to fun.

So, http://fun.elementfx.com:2082 should work.

Also the ftp you'd use would be ftp.fun.elementfx.com
