cPanel style

The overall look of cPanel changed for everyone a while ago (when it was upgraded to a new version).
Recently (not sure what happened) it went back to the old style. I was wondering if it was downgraded for some reason and if this has happened to anyone else? I have looked and don't see a place to change the Cpanel style so I am not sure if I am just missing something or what.
