Cannot upload file, create file, create folder, etc

I set up the account no prob, I can log into cPanel fine. But when I try to upload anything it says "starting upload" and never progresses. Furthermore, I cannot create a file or a folder, though I am logged in. When i go to my domain it gives me "Forbidden 403" but when I go to File Manager in cPanel it shows no files (so I cannot change the privileges for anything). Lastly when I try to access the account via my FTP Client it recognizes my login but times out at the password. Any help's greatly appreciated.

I'm diggin the amount of options available. Can't wait to get started!

I got the same problem, can't upload files and what the heck I got infinite space =)

Disk Space Usage - 0.03/∞ MB
