How to become a reseller?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, and I hope this is the correct thread, anyway, I just signed up yesterday and I am still trying to figure things out around here. So I want to set up a website and put my own pics/designs on it and when I reviewed the Cpanel tutorials it called this using the "branding" feature. O.K. So next I was told that I am not able to use the Branding feature because I am not a "reseller"...I don't know what (reseller) here means or how to become one?

Currently I am Adfree and my username is ShellyJo.
I appreciate any help.

We don't offer reseller accounts.

Reseller accounts are for you to have your own hosting company and sell web space.

Please re-open if further assistance is needed.
