Yesterday I discovered my site's scripts not working. I believed at the time that this was due to the hosting server's IP being banned for violating the conditions of a webservice that my scripts regularly access (there is a long story behind this, anyway, it's not important). Now I've realised that this is due to the PHP changes that went on yesterday.
Thinking that it was the former problem, I decided I'd need to make a new hosting account on a different server. So I created another hosting account on Ad enhanced. I already had site logon from when I created my first account, so I used that during the creation process.
However, now when I log in to x10hosting.com/account, it only accesses my new hosting's details. I can't see any details from my old hosting. How can I do this? This is especially important ATM because I need to change the PHP version to fix the original problem. Once logged in, is there a way to switch between the different hosting accounts?
My shared logon is OnDistantShores. My old hosting (which I can't access now) is ondistantshores.x10hosting.com. My new hosting is worldwithoutend.x10hosting.com.
