help! can't login to cpanel or ftp


does anyone have any idea??

my site is www.selosa.uni.cc

my cpanel username is: jojo07

it says login authentication failed in the ftp and i can't login to cpanel..

Are you using the info from your welcome Email?

Make sure you use http://selosa.uni.cc:2082 for the address and make sure you type your user name in ALL lowercase letters.

yes i've tried i can't still login to cpanel and also in ftp it says authentication failed......

any idea what's the problem??

I was just able to login to your cPanel.

Try clearing your temp files, cache, etc... Also try using a proxy to make sure it is not your computer.
