Odd question but will I be banned for this?

Question one, if I use this to host up my own files aka games, java, .exe files, movies etc, would I get banned for copyrighted stuff, even if its just me getting them?

Question two, hosting a private proxy, and I mean private!!!! Just something to get around those pesky web blocks at school (me and a few friends, not to many). I would encrypt all data, and add a Password to even get to it with a AES/blowfish encryption. Heck the NSA can barely break those, so would I get an instaban

Question three, if the answer to question two is yes I could, do I have to upgrade my php limits?






Well I figure I should ask first, now you know im not a phisher ^^.
