1. What are these credits used for, other than getting unsuspended early?
2. Other than having people donate and spamming the forums, how do you earn these credits?
3. I have 10 reputation points and said nothing special. Why? o.O Do we start out with 10?
4. What is the next rank of rep up from "distinguished road" and how much reputation do I need to get there?
5. Who the heck gave me that rep?! =D
6. What is this I heard about "credits for your site"? Isn't credit only gotten through the forums?

The thread you saw? Someone probably is offering credits to people. Please read that thread to get a better understanding.

I believe you start out with rep. I am going to overhaul the rep system sometime soon and integrate it with the credits so the people that are helping out others get rewarded for it.

If you click on the x10 in the navbar up top next to userCP you should see x10Rewards. You can spend your credits there. If I have not answered your other questions it is because it will be changing when I do the new system.
