Slight Problem

Hay i've bein closley reading the updata on the server and i know there are still problem as people have there accounts re activated but my site doesnt point to element fx anymore its no pointing to a web page with 3 red dots on the top left. Http://www.sgcuni.x10hosting.com username: joj . Can some one tell me if its still a server problem or not?
