I can't access the Cpanel, I think it was dumb idea. I'm using a public computer and the port specified is block. I don't have a computer of my own or could afford one at this time. Is there a other way to access cpanel???

Is it possible to tell me what features? I'm really missing out if I never use Cpanel??
You're missing out on more than I can list
Stat programs, file managers, logs, FTP administration, mail administration...
There is a lot.

I'm not sure, I don't think it would be worth the resources to run another cPanel service listening 24/7 for just a few people though, sorry.
