PHP Execution Forbidden

I got the following error after I just installed phpBB2. Not sure why execution of eval() function is not allowed.

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/spoon/public_html/PHPBB/includes/template.php(174) : eval()'d code on line 174

Any help would be appreciated.
