can't access account panel

i can't access my account panel at http://x10hosting.com/account

what i get is this:

An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

is this might be caused by my transfer from ad-free to ad-enhanced?
