Error Message trying to link hostig account with forum account

Hi When i try to acces my hosting account it says i need to enter my cPanel name but when i enter this i get the message "The hosting username you specified does not exist"

Can anyone help me?

You should not need to link your account anymore, did you receive your welcome Email? If not did you confirm your hosting account? If not, go here:
