Unable to access acct screen to link forum and hosting account.

As soon as I get to the account login it says I've logged in fine, and then goes to redirect me and this is what I get:

"An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments."

Doesn't matter how long I wait.. It just keeps happening..

Did you notice anything that I have to do right away to avoid being suspended in the future?

I am in the process of making an index.html page since I have a forum as the main part of my site.

Get the default index page changed and your fine as long as you follow the terms of service.
