Account not working

Dear x10hosting,

I have recently asked to upgraded from ad free to enhanced advanced plan, when this upgrade was completed my account stopped working all together, my site doesn't work, i could not log into cpanel and when i tried to change my account from:

http://x10hosting.com/account,

and i get this message

Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

could anyone help me solve this problem?

It can take up to 24 hours after your account has been transferred to everything to work correctly. Right now I see your site and am able to login to your cPanel fine though.
