Unable to connect to site/ftp/cpanel after syncing

My site name is http://wallacesolutions.pcriot.com/ I am unsure what the problem is but when trying to upload files to my ftp site through Microsoft Expressions or Filezilla, either or, the sync will start and then stop... I havae no logs showing why. Once it stops transmitting prematurely I am unable to connect to my site, my ftp site, or my Cpanel. This lasts more than 30-1 hour then I am able to connect again, I try to sync my site again and the same thing happens and I am unable to access it again. Any ideas?

Is there an option for how many connections your program opens at once? If you open too many connections the firewall puts a temporary block on your IP.
