cpanel problem

I can't log on to cpanel, when I enter my user name and password, I get a message that says "login attempt failed". Is it set up to have to log on twice? I get what appears to be an msn username and password screen, once I log in to that, then I get a screen called CPanel asking for my user name and password again. The CPanel logon is where I'm getting the message "login attempt failed". What do I need to do?

If you have attempted to login and have failed on several occasions then you have probably been firewalled. If that is the case then you will have to PM Corey your IP and he will then remove you from the firewall.
