Can not access to my website and my Cpanel

48H ago my website and my Cpanel gets down, and i can not access to both of them, and when i checked my X10hosting account everything is going well and the server status are :

Server NameAbsolut.x10

IP Address74.86.116.187

Server Uptime4 days, 1:48

Server Load 2.97

Apache HTTP Online

MySQL Online

Exim Online

cPanel Online

FTP Online

DNS Online

I took a look on the forum and I've found another member with the same problem, here is his forum's post (link), but actually i can see his website and access to his Cpanel login page.

Primary Domain:http://impakte.pcriot.com

cPanel URL:http://impakte.pcriot.com:2082

Hosting Type:Ad-Free

Anyway, hope i explained my problem clearly, and waiting for your responses

NB: Another problem, if i can say that, it's that i can't relies my X10hosting account to my forum's account, and i followed the way to do that, but it doesn't work.

The primary domain name shows for me, although you need to add a user name/password to see it.

http://impakte.pcriot.com:2082 also works fine. If your still having problems then perhaps it's a problem on your end, try clearing out your Cache & Cookies or try a different browser?. It might be a DNS issue with your ISP, I've had this at my college's internet where the DNS would mess up and it would show the page before the dns was updated.

For the password and the username it's ok, I've added this restriction to work easily on my website cause it's on reconstruction, the old and still one is her Impakte Magazine.
And i deleted my Cache and Cookies 2 or 3 times, but no change, and i tried to see my website under 4 browser (Ie, Mozilla, Safari, Opera) but the same thing happened, no website appears.

i also tried many ways to access my website(user name/password, browsers, Cache and Cookies, other access point) but all of them failed .
