I have a problem for to transfer my domain

I have a problem for to transfer a domain, my domain is " businessland.com.ar", is registred in NIC.ar, and I point my domain dns to X10hosting Nameservers which are ns1.x10hosting.com and
ns2.x10hosting.com
But In Cpanel I can not add-an domain that domain, I don't know to do?, Can you help me?

businessland.com.ar could not be setup. The subdomain businessland.ptanjun.x10hosting.com was not setup either.
