Forgotten Password

I have forgotten my password and can't login to the cp and was told by a member of staff and told me to go to the Account page to reset the password i did that and i still can't get logged in all it says login failed.

Make sure when entering your user name it's all lowercase.

Yes putting it in lower case but still login failed.

I just logged in with my admin pass. So your account is up and working. You're using 'robert' as the user name correct? If so, go to your account panel: http://x10hosting.com/login and reset your password from there.
