Account panel error

Hey

i get this message when i try and log info my account.

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I have asked for an account type change and ever since this my account has not been avalible to access. This account type chane was done about 4 days ago.

What was the change you requested? Also did you need anything important in the account panel? We are migrating the server you are on right now to a new one.

I requested a account change from ad enhanced to ad free. And no i dont need anything from that account.

so any idea of what the problem is? or how long it will take to be over?

We're in the middle of the server migration so it's hard to tell where your account really is. Once we're done there will be a news post. After that please post back and I will fix your account.
