*VIP USER* Support tickets dont work

Everytime i'm trying to use support tickets, it comes up with this error.
The System Admin has not configured this feature yet.

Are you talking about the cPanel support tickets? We don't use them, but we do have our own support ticket system located here: http://x10hosting.com/clients/index.php

Also, I believe this section is for the Free users only, I can't see them, but there are sections for paying customers.
