vBulletin mySQL error!

Ive just uploaded vBulletin, and I get a mySQL error. This is the what it says (in the source):

 Database error in vBulletin : 
cannot use database vexx_vb3database
mysql error: Access denied for user: 'vexx_vbdatabase@localhost' to database 'vexx_vb3database'

mysql error number: 1044

Help, please anyone? I also had this error before in phpMyAdmin, it wouldn't let me add a database. Anyway,

Got somewhere:

 Database error in vBulletin :

	FROM vb3_datastore

mysql error: Table 'vexx_vb3database.vb3_datastore' doesn't exist

mysql error: Table 'vexx_vb3database.vb3_datastore' doesn't exist

so if you have backup of your database so look in it and create this table from phpmyadmin or either create file and execute it!

thx, my mate just gave me his backup from his site "FullModded". And its filled with mods (ive got em aswell now!). But I have another problem. The forums arent appearing in the proper categories, which is making it all look totally like a 90 year old woman gave it a paint job:
