ANGRY! I can't install my bt tracker!

OK, see I upload the files for Bti Tracker 1.4.6 (kind of irrelavent, but I want to include ALL details), upload them to my website, and read the readme file. It tells me to chmod 777 like 10 files. And then it tells me to go to my site (animekid.exofire.net/tracker) to install my mysql intall info. So I do go there and when I get to the compatability checks, it says "warning -phpinfo() disabled for secuirty reason on ....\tracker\install\install\ reqcheck.php line 22. So I put it on Y! Answers and a reliable soruce told me to check with you guys. So, how can I enable phpinfo or get around it because I can't continue the installation?

Login to your Account Panel and scroll down to "PHP Version". Apply for an upgrade to PHP Version 2, citing BTI Tracker breaking as a reason. ATM you're on the default of PHP Version 1, which disables almost every PHP function in the name of security. Version 2 is enough for most websites, as it enables all the functions you really need; users will only be upgraded to Version 3 if they genuinely need it and have a good reason for it, because V3 enables nearly every PHP function under the sun, except a couple of really nasty ones.

Due to security changes, files can not be CHmod to 777. Try 755.
Then do like Xemnas stated.

I am PHP Intermediate version. I checked it before I even came onto these forums. I think it blocks the the phpinfo because its trying to probe the server for its php version.

Get an admin/mod clarification on that - I hope I'm wrong here cause otherwise you're looking at a 7 day suspension (warez, assuming thats what they classify it as)...
