Why am I become suspended by Prolonged high resource usage?

may i know the REASONS why i'm getting this suspension? i'm using e107 CMS. thanks!

It means you've used up too much CPU power for too long. Installing CMS software and such can cause this.

so how many hours is usually given to us to be not suspended? how much server load is the limit?

The suspension will last initially for 15 minutes, then 30, then 45 and so on each time you exceed the limit (and I don't know what the limit is, but it is a little tight right now, since installing Joomla was enough to exceed it).

Try having only the required modules installed in your CMS configuration. Remove all the un-necessary modules. Scripts that runs for more time when executed repeatedly, you will be suspended in short periods and your suspension time will increase....

Also, people have been reporting them using no scripts, and just being suspended for this in cPanel and server status pages, so if you are getting suspended while not using CPU power, please let us know...
