Hi,

Whenever i log-in into cPanel, i received this error: [an error occurred while processing this directive]

The PHP is set to basic version, is upgrading PHP version solve the problem ?

hi,

i got that issue on my first account here. then cpanel went all crazy.
what i did was ask the admins to delete my hosting account, and then i set up a new one. everything works by now!
