cPanel X will not install Front Page Extensions

When I attempt to install the Front Page Extnesions from cPanel X I get an error stating that, "/home/mikebo90/public_html does not exist or is not a directory!".

How can I install the Front Page Extensions?

Did you delete your public_html folder?
