My Account READ PLZ IMPORTANT!!!!!

my accout has been suspendent as somethign about forum name being linked to my site and it is :S

but when i go into my account there is a different url as i clicked the wrong hosting package when opening a account and i opened a other one and i mailed the support to tell them they can delete that url but i didnt get a reply back and now my account has been suspended :rant2:

and when i try to log into my cpanel it dose not let me so i cannot fix the problem :rant2:

i am looking to become a payed costumer in the next few weeks but the longer i have to wait for this to be fixed the longer u wait on me paying use

i am sorry but i am just angry not meaning to affend anyone :happysad:

Let me see if I can get this straight.

You signed up for the wrong package, then signed up for another account and e-mailed the support staff to request assistance? Right there, may have been the problem. Thats why we have a message forum here.

If you had a wrong account, you could of just logged into your Account Management panel and changed the package ( unless you meant from Ad-Free to Ad-Enhance or the other way around )

Well i will be glad to help you. I will need the cpanel user name and domain name url of the account you wish deleted.

Then i will need the cpanel user name and domain name url of the account you wish to keep.


Without these i will not be able to help.


Also being angry at us for your mistake is just silly. If you are angry it should be at yourself for not requesting help prior to creating multiple accounts(which is a TOS violation) You can only have one account per user.
