Can't Access Site?

Not sure where to put this but,

I just made a site and well I can't go onto it, but wondering if another person tries it at their computer can they get to it.

It's not even done and doesn't even have our x10 ad on it yet. But anyone know why I can't access this site (try the site and tell me if it works)

Your account has been suspended, as it says when I try to access your site. Check the suspension reason and request unsuspension.

To request unsuspension:
1. Click on x10 link above.
2. Click on "Request Unsuspension"
3. Fill out the form
4. Wait for instructions from a staff member.

My account is unspeneded every 15 minutes then goes to 30-45 and increases by 15 minutes every time it gets suspened. It says due to high resource usuage or something like that.

Anyone know how to keep that usuage low?

How often are you running cron scripts? High resource usage means you are using up to much CPU of the server.

Cron scripts, I know I can click on it and stuff but I never used that, all I did is download MomboJumbo or something like that from The Smiley Face, the Fantastico thing. I deleted all my other sites so that this one would work but.... I shoulda kept them instead of this one. It seems right now to me that because I downloaded it I am like being punished or something like that, though... I am not sure... Hope It works soon.

And is it possible to pay so that I am allowed to use more CPU?
Or does someone know how I can take away some cron scripts (I don't even know what those are) from MamboJumbo, the program i downloaded.

Ow and right now I got suspended agian for 1 Hour.

If you post in the support forum (rather than off topic) the staff will be able to better assist you. You could also try searching to see if anyone else has had high resource issues for the script you are using.

This should have been in the "Free hosting" forum, so I am moving it there.

The resource script catches accounts that are using excessive amounts of RAM and CPU for prolonged amounts of time. This is usually because of badly coded mods on CMS's like MomboJumbo.

The script will keep catching you till you find the problem and eliminate it.

I will unsuspend your account as it is now suspended for prolonged usage, please see if you can find the problem as soon as possible, otherwise the suspension will keep happening.
