Internal Server Error (Script Error) Not Related to Server Issues

I don't think it is anyway. I checked my other cgi's and they seem to be alright. To start off, I should mention I am using the following path to my cgi-bin:
/home/cointoss/public_html/cgi-bin/

The path to perl is:
#!/usr/bin/perl

Is that correct? If that is, would someone please consider debugging my script? I'm pulling my hair out. lol. I realize this is the worst time I could ask, what with everything else going on...

The script is called Event Handler. You can view the error for yourself at:

(the error will appear after choosing at option, such as "script variables")


cPanel user name: cointoss
subdomain/domain: cointoss
hosting package: ad-free
