email problem

When I try to view my email through Thunderbird, when I put in my password it tells me:

Sending of password did not suceed. Mail Sever mail.craptastic.elementfx.com respond: Login failed

And, I have already tried changing the password, and I'm sure I used the correct password. Is anyone else having the same problem?
