Need emergency help please..Strange message on trying to login to my site

I get the following message when I login to my site

Pplease can you help me. I was thinking it was server upgrade issue. But my server(skyy) seems to be up currently. Only stoli seems to be down now right.
Please help me because my site has been down for the past 2 weeks. And similar proble occurs when I try to login to my account where they show a backend problem in www.x10hosting.com and cpanel unable to login. It shows that login attempt has failed.
PLease please help me.

Strange... Skyy is for Paid Hosting Members.

Your domain is currently pointing to 74.86.133.24. Its NOT X10Hosting Paid Servers' IP. But, its belong to our DataCenter. I think, thats the Backup server. Please wait for Corey to complete with the Server issues.
