Can not link hosting account.

Hello, maybe somebody can help me.:happysad:
I signed up yesterday by x10hosting and now trying to login in cpanel.
When i put my Username, i get the message.
"An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist."

I have tried several times and it does not work ...(((

I thikn you're trying to log in in the http://x10hosting.com/account

Here you must log in with your forum user and password.

Maybe you don't have your account linked yet, which is your cPanel name?

I can login in x10hosting account (using the forum login and password), but as i signed in for the first time yesterday, system asks me to "link account", i get this message:
(In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!).

When i put my usename, i get the message that it does not exist.
(could it be a problem that i have the same username for forum and hosting account?? - Dagny) ?

I tried to create account again but it says it exist already.

I hope i described the problem pretty clear (sorry for my english).

I registered on February, the 5th.
After that i got the email and yes, i clicked the confirmation link.
I can login in x10hosting account but just after i login and try to access the cPanel i get the message (window) to "Link your hosting account" where i should put my account Username.

And here comes a problem - when i put my username and click at "link hosting account", i get the message:
"An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist."

And i can not do anything with it( :happysad:

I have looked for the user name dagny in the accounts. I do not see it. Have you received the confirmation email and the email with account details in it?

You will not be able to until the account has been created. That is why i asked if you have received both emails.
