Need Help Installing phpBB3 On Ad-Free Account!

OK, I Need help installing phpBB3 on my Ad-Free account. I Have set up an FTP account at the cPanel X.

[FYI: I Have An FTP Client And Know The Login Stuff] What Directory do i upload the phpBB3 folder to? From there, what do i do?

I Appreciate the help, as I'm really confused.

Upload it in either public_html or, make a folder in public_html folder and upload it there.. Also, read the readme file for instructions on what to do next, I am guessing either visit the forum and it'll ask you to install, or go to an install.php file to install it.

Now that I Put It Into The Public_HTML Folder, what's the URl to access the public_html folder? is it blockis.exofire.net/public_html ?
