Cpanel login failing

I just created a new account, received confirmation and can login to the main page where I can view account detail. Cannot login to cpanel. I have requested and received a PHP upgrade. Still cannot login to cpanel.

Chastised in another string for "highjacking" it for exact same issue.

Any help would be appreciated. Login id dchtkd.

Whats your primary domain ? If it is not x10hosting.com then change it to this.
Give some time for whole update process as there are few root DNS servers, these changes do take some time.

I don't mind doing that, but it is not the domain name I want. And if I install PHP based stuff there may be an issue if I change it back..:dunno:

Apart from .x10hosting.com Primary Domain, other domains are having some problem, that is stopping from proper functioning.
In short, your domain url is not getting resolved.

I see that is the issue. My question is really when will it be resolved.

No sense installing cms until it is.

BTW, it seems to only be affecting new accounts.

Wonder what the problem is? when I try from http://swtkd.pcriot.com:2082/login/
the login fails.

It is just Name-to-IP resolving issue.
Please be patient till it gets rectified.
