cPanel Login Failure - Support Chat Failed to Resolve Issue

My account seems to be unwilling to login to cPanel, even after I went to the support chat and one of the support staff changed my password and tried to log in himself. The transcript of the chat below may be helpful to admins, to see what we tried, but the basics are: my cPanel login is 'freetv', and it's not working for an as-yet undertermined reason.
