Problem with domain on new account

Hi!

I just opened an account today, and have set my personal domain as the default domain. I tried to install Wordpress, but received the following error:

The installation can not be completed:- This cpanel version does not support subdomain path detection, please contact your host.



My question is this: does it take awhile for x10 to recognize my domain as the primary domain, so this installation will work eventually (and if so, approximately how long does it take)?




Or is something else wrong? I have searched and found other users with similar problems in the past, but was unable to glean any clear answer to address this problem in my case.

Please hold on. There seems to be a slight problem with your account. What was the original subdomain that you signed up with?
