Can not login to cpanel

I can not login to cpanel, it is just telling me that there isn't such a adress.

I tried also login to ftp but my login details does not work there either.

cpanel: http://ak.elementfx.com:2082

I read previous posts and tried also to go http://74.86.116.190:2082
tried to login, and it says login attempt failed. So any advice?

Well I created the account 3 hours ago. But I received the confirmation email something like 40 mins ago.

Been reading posts around the forum now and didn't spot topic where is reading something about how long it takes to get things to work after confirmation email.

I understand that the first mentioned address isn't working because dns subject. I seeing bigger problem that I can not login to cpanel even with straight ip-address. So is everything time based? How long I should wait until my account is working at cpanel? or ftp?

I'm having the same problem, received the account created email about 2 hours ago, yet cannot sign into control panel or use ftp. How long should I wait? thanks
