Problem Loading Page

I keep on getting "Problem loading page" everytime I try and go onto my site.
Its avaliable for about an hour each day otherwise I get

Unable to connect

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the

If you are on Stoil then it could be something to do with the problems at Global Crossing. This is not under X10hosting control so there is nothing that can be done about it.
Try accessing your site through a proxy.
