Problem with PHP support ticket system (Fantastico)

I installed the php support ticket system on my site at this url: http://sims2.x10hosting.com/help/

Now it seems i am getting a php error:

I am Currently using php v2 (Intermediate) so i dont think thats the problem, but i'm not sure what could be....

It seems you have NOT Selected any language during the installation. Try un-installing it, delete the directory & install it freshly.

I didn't end up reinstalling yet, went to check it and its working FINE now, that was weird...also, now my SMF forums at sims2.x10hosting.com sometimes just loads a blank page instead, is that a big problem? Or is that a mis-config?

Possibly, a Mis-Configuration.

You didn't have your PHP version fully upgraded when you posted originally. That is why it 'fixed itself.'

The blank-page problem is also usually caused by an issue with your PHP version. Check your error log.
